How To Eat Less Sugar: My 5 Tried-And-True Strategies

After I’ve done elimination diet (you can read full post all about it here) I’ve found out that processed white sugar wreaks havoc on my body, especially when I eat a lot of it on a daily basis. My skin starts looking extremely dull and dehydrated, I get small irritation spots on my cheeks, develop sleep issues and fatigue, and gain water weight. Once I cut sugar out, I go back to normal within a week.

I won’t be talking about ‘avoiding’ or ‘cutting down’ on sugar and foods that are high in sugar – these ‘tips’ are frankly useless. ‘Stop drinking soda’ won’t help you – you know already that soda isn’t healthy. I’ll tell you my personal legit and practical strategies that really work for me and help me minimize sugar intake. As always, no bullsh*t here. Let’s start!

7 Sneaky Ways Clothing Brands Cut Costs and Why You Need To Know Them

So the other day I’ve been going through Zara clothing rack and the quality of many items I’ve looked at seemed very subpar, especially for that price tag.

I don’t have a problem with affordable brands for low quality – they don’t charge that much for their items. It’s the brands that offer poor quality at high prices that really frustrate me as a consmer. I’m writing this post because I’m convinced that consumers deserve the best quality for their money. Here’s a list of 7 common things that brands save money on and basically make customers pay more than the item needs to cost. Let’s start!

Golden Oldie: e.l.f. Mad For Matte Palette Review

I sometimes go through my makeup boxes and drawers to declutter what I no longer use and when it comes to this palette, I know for sure I wouldn’t dare to throw it away. I don’t do full eyeshadow looks that often (my go-to is just bronzer in the crease), but when I do, I always reach for this palette. It’s got basically all matte eyeshadow colors I need, from very light peachy color to black. I’ve decided to dedicate a post to this beautiful little guy – one of the most valued makeup items I have.
