While many brands come up with lighter, creamier, and glossier textures, Bourjois presents yet another liquid lipstick. I love their Rouge Edition Velvet liquid lipsticks, so I was intrigued and got myself shade #9 Rouge Γ  Reves – a true red. My overall impressions are quite mixed, so let’s get into the nitty-gritty of it.
